Home Grievances File A Reconsideration

What Is A Reconsideration?

Nearly 90 percent of legal grievances filed, without our help, are dismissed annually. With our help, we can show you how to re-frame your grievance and resubmit it for a second look and another chance at success. Certain restrictions and time limits apply.

How To File A Reconsideration

If you filed a grievance and it was dismissed, you still have hope. In most States, you can refile against the same attorney if certain time limits are met. The main reason to refile is because new information has become available. Our database can often help you discover the new information needed to meet this requirement. You can also file again for misconduct that was not mentioned in your dismissed grievance.

Why You Should File With Us

We do not guarantee results but we do have a patent pending method for drastically increasing your odds of success if your grievance has merit. Reconsiderations are time sensitive and vary by State. Do not allow your opportunity to expire, contact our experts now.
